Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit The Fresh Coast Chef’s website. My name is Sarah Bobier and I am the creator and founder of The Fresh Coast Chef. I was born and raised in Traverse City and have always had a profound love for hospitality, food and the community. After attending the T.B.A Career Tech Center for the Culinary Arts, I got the amazing opportunity to compete in a national competition called SkillsUSA, which landed me a full tuition scholarship to The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Attending culinary school and working in New York the past 6 years has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and craft my skills. Once the pandemic hit I moved back home and made the choice that nothing meant more to me than family, friends and quality food. I believe life is about the experiences you share with others, so I thought, “why not take my expertise and passion and turn it into a service that betters people’s lives?”
